The FOOD & WINE Magazine Christmas show 2010 is back from the 26th to 28th November 2010.

A three-day food and drink extravaganza, that will show you how to recreate world class dishes in the comfort of your own home! The RDS Main Hall in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the weekend.

The Chef’s Kitchen which will be the heart of the show featuring Derry Clarke, Conrad Gallagher, Sunil Ghai and many more top chef’s, where you will be able to learn from the masters and recreate some of their favourite Christmas dishes at home, to the Artisan Village featuring the wonderful produces of Irish suppliers.   The Wine Experience Theatre is also ideal for wine enthusiasts and experts who want to learn more about wine matches, tasting, grape varietals and even how to pull a cork with flair!
